Doing Business with a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business

Watermark Risk Management International, LLC is a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) small business. As such, the companies doing business with the federal government and federal agencies can receive credit for employing Watermark’s services to meet their requirements. On October 20, 2004, the President signed Executive Order 13360 to increase federal contracting and subcontracting opportunities for SDVOBs. Federal agencies must award 3% of their contracts to SDVOBs and have the option to award sole source contracts if:

• Such concern is determined to be a responsible contractor with respect to performance of such contract opportunity and the contracting officer does not have a reasonable expectation that 2 or more small business concerns owned and controlled by service-disabled veterans will submit offers for the contracting opportunity;

• The anticipated award price of the contract (including options) will not exceed $3.0M, and,

• In the estimation of the contracting officer, the contract award can be made at a fair and reasonable price.
