WRMI, under subcontract, developed a port-wide risk mitigation and business continuity-trade resiliency/resumption plans for the Area Maritime Security Committee of the Port of Hampton Roads.  Watermark led and provided the technical team of port security specialists, critical infrastructure risk analysts, emergency management specialists, and business continuity planners to develop the two plans to meet DHS-mandated requirements for Group I and Group II ports.  Watermark then developed and led to HSEEP exercises to exercise and assess the plans.  Subsequently, Watermark developed similar port-wide risk mitigation plans for the Ports of Kansas City and Portland, Maine.

WRMI provides senior security and anti-terrorism/force protection personnel to support security policy, planning and analysis at the Headquarters Army, Surface Deployment and Distribution Command.  We also have provided AT/FP professionals for the Headquarters, Air Force District of Washington and at Headquarters, Air Education and Training Command.  Our staff personnel address Antiterrorism/Force Protection, security manpower and staffing, security system requirements and program justification and installation security program and vulnerability assessments.

For Headquarters, Air Mobility Command, WRMI under subcontract is conducting a series of Conceptual Security System Design efforts for AMC bases.  These conceptual design projects look at the identified priority risk areas for the base and working with local and Command staff, we develop a revised security system concept, doing the initial engineering design and analysis and then provide the estimated cost and an assessment of the benefit in terms of risk reduction.  The CSSD docusment provides the baseline that the command can use to initiate procurement planning and resourcing.  Watermark has performed similar CSSD support for four Air Education and Training Command (AETC) bases in the last two years.

For Headquarters AETC, Watermark developed the first comprehensive Integrated Defense Risk Management Plan under the new requirements of Air Force Instruction 31-101, Integrated Defense.  This planwhich began with a ForcePRO risk assessment and report, sythesized and integrated all the security, foroce protection and emergency response plans into a single coherent document.  Watermark has since been competitively selected again to repart this effort for all the major installations in the San Antonio metropolitan area.

For a Fortune 200 defense contractor and security integrator, WRMI assisted in developing a revised capture strategy, recommended a change in the composition of their team of companies to pursue the bid through an independent third party assessment, found new teaming partners through our network of small and large business contacts, and helped them land on the probable winning team. We also assisted them develop a business acceleration strategy to meet aggressive new revenue goals. This strategy included assessing the market for suitable companies to acquire, researching locations nationwide where there are pools of available security system engineers and assisting them to prioritize their multiple opportunities.

One of the world's largest international security companies brought WRMI into their capture and proposal efforts to win a major overseas guarding contract. WRMI developed win themes, pricing strategies, guarding operations concepts, authored key sections of the proposal, provided a technical review and edit, and used our network of professional contacts to find a candidate Program Manager.

For the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Watermark is providing nuclear security experts to support the Nuclear Exercises Division and instruct nuclear weapons support ttraining at the Defense Threat Reduction University.  We are also providing technical staff to support the Joint Staff Integrated Vulnerability Assessment Division.

The Defense Security Service Academy has enlisted Watermark's expertise to develop their first graduate-level course for DoD Security professionals on the Challenges and Approaches for Employing Analytical Risk Management.

For a high technology electronics corporation, WRMI executives researched and developed an engagement strategy to enter the U.S. Air Force market with their products. We developed a list of most significant decision makers for operational concepts, research, requirements, training, support, budgeting and command. We then created a call list, made initial introductions for their sales and business development staffs, and assisted them to refine their presentations, marketing materials and demonstrations to specific government representative interests.

For a $200M+ security company, on short notice, WRMI provided a highly experienced security executive to help "red team" a major federal government proposal for security support and training in Iraq. Following the Red Team, we stayed on and developed an outline and content for the contract transition plan section of the proposal. Under subcontract, WRMI provide IT and physical security assessments of procedures and systems for vendor facilities of one of the world’s largest financial services companies at locations around the world.

Under subcontract WRMI provides physical security and emergency management specialists to support Air Force interdisciplinary teams conducting base-wide risk assessments of 30+ major military installations in Europe and the U.S.

For the developer of one of the world's largest office buildings, Watermark conducted a best practices review and analysis of high value, low visibility security measures suitable for a high value, potentially high risk complex.

For the Hampton Roads Planning District Commission Watermark is providing a region-wide Water System Assessment and Plan and Emergency Response Training for the 60+ public and private water utilities in the Hampton Roads area.

For a rapidly growing security system design and installation firm, WRMI provides strategy consulting in support of their efforts to win and deliver security systems integration and analysis services to the Air Force and other DoD agencies. Watermark conducts analysis of the agencies' technical security system requirements, assists with drafting proposal technical and management volumes, evaluates and makes recommendations regarding key personnel, and assesses the level of resources required to compete for and complete a project.

A mid-sized guard force company has hired WRMI to provide independent third party assessments of its operations and performance as a quality assurance mechanism for their government clients. For this same company, WRMI is provides their critical 72 hours emergency response/continuity of operations plan.

Under subcontract, WRMI is supporting the U.S. Trade and Development Agency assistance to the Latvian Ministry of Transport with national port security planning. Watermark will lead the development of four major reports to include the final report. We also provide security experts to conduct the comprehensive assessment of the Latvian ports' security plans, training, IT systems and security infrastructure. In addition, we will assess the overall security condition of the ports, define a security model for port operations and implementation, and develop key finding, recommendations, and conclusions.

Watermark is under subcontract to draft the initial Port-wide Risk Management Plans for two Group II ports after conducting interviews, stakeholder outreach and analysis, threat assessment, initiatives review and evaluation and submit them for review to the Department of Homeland Security.

For a large security system integration company, WRMI provided a technical and management assessment of their approach to deliver perimeter security and a smart gate solution to a major Saudi Arabian commercial firm. WRMI also contributed to proposal writing and Red Team support.
