Leadership TeamMatt Branigan, CPP, CHS-IIIMatt brings over 28 years experience in all aspects of security and law enforcement to Watermark Risk Management International, LLC. Matt retired as a Colonel after serving 22 years in the U.S. Air Force. His military assignments included serving as the senior U.S. government security official responsible for security oversight of our nation's nuclear weapons program and as the senior security officer for the Air Force Special Operations Command. After retiring, Matt created and grew the physical security consulting service division at a Fortune 500 company that within 3 years was yielding >125% annual growth. He left that position to become VP/Chief Security Officer at Brinks, Incorporated, one of the world's largest risk management companies. Now Matt brings his executive government and business leadership and management experience to Watermark Risk Management International to complement his extensive experience in anti-terrorism, critical infrastructure protection, physical security strategies, and risk management. Brad MoffettBrad has over 30 years of success in operations, program management, strategy and organizational development, and policy and requirements analysis. Specific expertise includes business strategy and development, program and contract management, resource strategies and planning, requirements analysis, mergers and acquisition analysis and physical security strategies and concepts. Brad served as the Director, Strategic Business Analysis for the SAIC Strategies Business Unit for over nine years. At SAIC Brad developed and assessed company and client operational and strategic planning strategies; and he also conducted forward-looking scans of the federal and commercial marketplace for emerging business opportunities. He conducted pre-screening of acquisition candidate companies and evaluated market growth potential. He was a corporate strategy advisor for a rapid expansion into physical security strategy and planning consulting for airports, ports, and state and local governments. Prior to SAIC, Brad was a career Air Force officer with operational, planning, acquisition requirements, contract management, international policy, education and training, strategic planning and resource and budget planning assignments. Brad was handpicked for a small strategic planning innovation team directly supporting the Air Force's Chief of Staff on a year-long strategic planning initiative. He was a DoD Acquisition Officer in Program Management. Amy Hutchens, JD, CCEPAmy serves as Watermark’s General Counsel and Vice President of Compliance and Ethics Services. After graduating from Johns Hopkins University and Vanderbilt University School of Law, Amy served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney and an Air Force Judge Advocate for 11 years before beginning her civilian career as in-house counsel to a large and diverse government contractor. She has federal criminal and civil litigation experience, as well as extensive experience advising executive management on compliance and ethics matters. Amy is certified by the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics as a Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP). She has developed, implemented, audited and managed all aspects of compliance programs to ensure they meet the rigorous requirements of the Federal Sentencing Guidelines and the Federal Acquisition Regulation. She has experience assessing risk, drafting internal policies, training employees at all levels, developing codes of conduct, and establishing monitoring and investigative protocols to maximize value and effectiveness in compliance programs. Amy has a passion for helping organizations do right by their shareholders, employees, clients, customers and communities, and in doing so mitigate the business risks associated with ethical and compliance failures. Carla R. MooreCarla brings business management and international finance experience to Watermark as our Director of Administration. She is responsible for our human resources, office management, and information management functions, and negotiates and manages our vendor support contracts. Carla joined Watermark after starting her career in Venezuela in the real estate and property management industry, and then spending six years with the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington DC. She has a degree in Business Management from George Mason University and is fluent in Spanish. |
