“To whom much is given, much is expected” (Luke 12:48). This well-known biblical principle reminds us that those who are blessed with talents, wealth, knowledge, or time are called to use these gifts for the benefit of others. Guided by this ethos, Watermark established The Watermark Foundation to exemplify the spirit of charitable giving and foster a culture of community engagement within our organization.
The Watermark Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization founded in alignment with Watermark’s core values. We dedicate a significant portion of our company’s profits toward volunteer and philanthropic efforts focused on three primary areas:
1. Veteran suicide prevention and awareness programs
2. Initiatives that help veterans and their families reintegrate into civilian life
3. Education and training programs aimed at providing underserved communities the tools necessary to overcome poverty and adversity
Beyond financial contributions, the Foundation also serves as a platform for community involvement, encouraging company-wide volunteer efforts embodying our mission. Through these activities, we aim to meaningfully share our talents in service to others and set a precedent of active, compassionate engagement throughout our team.
