Employee Referrals Mean Everything

At Watermark, we believe in the power of connections.

Networking plays a vital role in identifying potential employees, with over a quarter of our new hires annually coming from our referral program. To encourage this collaborative effort, Watermark offers both an Employee Referral Bonus Plan and an External Referral Incentive Plan (ERIP).
